Die Teilnahme an freiwilligen Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten in Form von bundesweiten CLIL Lehrgängen an den Pädagogischen Hochschulen sowie an der Hochschule für Agrar- und Umweltpädagogik, EU-geförderter Fortbildung im Ausland (z.B. über Erasmus+) sowie diversen schulinternen und schulübergreifenden Fortbildungsveranstaltungen (SCHILF- und SCHÜLF- Seminare) ist zu unterstützen. Oder anders gefragt: Is additional CLIL and language training supported by school management?
Definitely, it´s supposed to be. Besides nationwide training courses as the ones mentioned earlier, local or regional INSET training (SCHILFs or SCHÜLFs) is another option – and it´s modular, tailor-made and sustainable. What you´d need for that? One or two language experts familiar with CLIL and a group of CLIL teachers who want to meet for language work, materials development and some micro teaching.
