Sind einzelne CLIL-Stunden zu dokumentieren, wenn mein Unterrichtsgegenstand ohnehin Teil des 72-Stunden-Kontingents einer Klasse ist?

In der Lehrstoffverteilung sind CLIL-Stoffanteile festzulegen und den Schülerinnen und Schülern bekannt zu geben. Die Abhaltung ist in geeigneter Form nachweislich zu dokumentieren (z.B.: Klassenbuch, „CLIL-Logbuch“, …). (CLIL-Leitfaden für die Umsetzung an HTLs, Herbst 2016, S. 9)

Oder anders gefragt: Is it really necessary to keep a record of all the CLIL lessons?

Definitely yes. This is important for school management to know about the CLIL lessons held, and for teachers to get remunerated accordingly at the end of the school year.
